Integrated electronics module and probe for idler or shaft monitoring

Air-gap – Triggers at .08” (2mm), e.g. weld bead on shaft or roller (add magnet for larger air-gap)
Adjustable probe positioning, includes mounting bracket
LCD display shows RPM, plus message if over range.
4-20ma analog output -- max termination resistance 500 ohms
Easy output signal range setup:
Press button; run belt or fan at top speed, press button to set 12ma
MSHA classified intrinsically safe for methane/coal dust -- Classes G, H and L under AMS program
Compatible IS barrier systems are available
Range -- 0-60,000 RPM
Remotely displays 4-digits to 9999 RPM.
Over 10,000 RPM, it switches to exponential mode (e.g. 59.9E3 RPM)
